3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted once payment is processed and we send a dispatch confirmation.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full payment card details.
4. Pricing & Availability
All prices include VAT (unless stated otherwise).
Prices, products, and availability may change without notice.
If a pricing error occurs, we will inform you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
5. Delivery
We offer delivery within 14 working days, tracked and signed for.
All sofas are delivered in boxes as part of our sofa-in-a-box concept.
You must ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy.
If you change your mind:
- You must arrange and cover return postage costs.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
If the item is faulty or we are at fault:
- We will cover return postage and provide a full refund or replacement.
- Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

7. Product Description & Assembly
We aim to display product colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or materials.
Some products may require self-assembly. We are not responsible for incorrect assembly resulting in damage or faults.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
Improper use of the product
Incorrect assembly or installation
Normal wear and tear
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
