At Sofa Concepts, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Change of Mind Returns (30-Day Policy)

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

If you decide to return your item because you no longer want it, you will be responsible for:

  • Arranging and paying for the return postage/shipping back to us.
  • A 10% restocking fee, deducted from your total product price to cover handling and processing costs.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories included.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If the item is damaged, faulty, or we made an error, we will:

  • Cover all return postage/shipping costs, and
  • Issue a full refund or arrange a replacement, depending on your preference.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Provide your order number, details of the item, and the reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

For change-of-mind returns, the 10% restocking fee and any unpaid postage costs will be deducted.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in resalable condition.

Custom-made or personalised items (unless faulty or incorrect).
