At Sofa Concepts, we aim to make your delivery experience as smooth and convenient as possible. As part of our sofa-in-a-box concept, all products are carefully packed and delivered directly to your door.

Delivery Timeframe

All orders are delivered within 14 working days from the date of purchase.

You will receive updates throughout the process, including dispatch and delivery notifications.

Tracked & Signed Delivery

All deliveries are fully tracked and require a signature upon arrival to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Sofa in a Box – Packaging

Your sofa will arrive in one or more sturdy, well-protected boxes, designed for easy handling and access into your home.

This makes delivery easier for tight spaces, flats, or properties with limited access.

Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparing your sofa for dispatch.

When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

On the day of delivery, the courier will require a signature to confirm safe receipt.

Missed Delivery

If you are not available to sign for the delivery, the courier will leave a delivery attempt notice or contact you to arrange a new delivery date.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives.

If any items are damaged or missing, notify us within 48 hours with photos and your order number, so we can quickly resolve the issue.
