1. What is CoverSwap Assurance?
CoverSwap Assurance gives you the freedom to change your sofa cover once, whenever you decide — whether you're redecorating, refreshing your style, or just want a new look.
2. Key Benefits
One-off payment of £99.99 — can be paid at purchase or any time in the future.
No 12-month wait — you can request your cover replacement immediately after purchase if you wish.
One cover replacement included per CoverSwap fee.
Choose any fabric or colour from our current available range at the time of request.
Standard delivery included.
3. What’s Included
One replacement sofa cover set (same size/model as originally purchased).
Standard delivery of your new cover.
Access to available fabrics and colours at the time of claim.
4. What’s Not Included
Frame, foam, cushions, or internal components — this policy only covers the removable fabric cover.
Installation or fitting of the new cover.
Custom or discontinued fabrics (a similar alternative will be offered if your original isn’t available).
Damage caused by misuse, pets, stains, burns or general wear and tear — CoverSwap is for style changes, not faults.
5. Eligibility & Conditions
Available to all Sofa Concepts customers.
Can be purchased at checkout or any time after your order.
Valid only for the original owner and sofa.
One cover replacement per CoverSwap purchase.
6. How to Request a New Cover
Contact us via email or phone.
Provide your order number and confirmation of CoverSwap Assurance.
Choose your new cover style from our available range.
We dispatch your new cover directly to your home.
7. Cancellation & Refund
You can cancel CoverSwap within 14 days of purchasing it, as long as no cover has been claimed.
After a claim is made or after 14 days, the CoverSwap fee is non-refundable.
8. Other Information
This policy is separate from our 5-Year Warranty and Returns Policy.
If your sofa model or fabric is discontinued, we will offer the closest available alternative.
