5-Year Warranty Policy

At Sofa Concepts, we are proud of the quality of our products and offer a 5-year tiered warranty to give you complete peace of mind. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in the frame, stitching, foam, and structural components.
• Mechanical faults relating to recliner mechanisms (if applicable).
• Any material or workmanship defects that occur under normal household use.
• What the Warranty Does Not Cover
• This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper assembly, or neglect.
• Wear and tear from regular use (e.g. fabric fading, discolouration, softening of foam).
• Damage caused by pets, spills, stains, or modification of the product.
• Commercial or non-domestic use.

Tiered Warranty Breakdown

Our warranty is tier-based, meaning the value of coverage reduces each year. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, Sofa Concepts will repair, replace, or offer a partial refund based on the tier listed below:

Year 1    100% of product value covered
Year 2    80% of product value covered
Year 3    60% of product value covered
Year 4    40% of product value covered
Year 5    20% of product value covered

In each tier, we will either repair the product, replace faulty parts, or if that’s not possible, offer a partial refund based on the warranty value for that year.

Delivery costs for warranty claims in Year 1 will be fully covered by us.

From Year 2 onwards, delivery or collection fees may apply depending on the nature of the claim.
